This book is designed for nonprofit managers who have just been promoted to being a  manager, or have taken on a new portfolio to which they have not managed before or are presently at a crossroads in managing a team in an area they are not technically competent in.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. As I read, I couldn’t help thinking of what a lovely gift it will make for managers in any sector. It was so very relatable even though I have spent the last 23 years in the public sector. I realized it was because the book provided a comprehensive coverage of all the ‘fundamental’ strategic and operational considerations and tools for organizational efficiency, sustainability, performance and growth.
